DEXTER® Robotic Surgery System is made up of a sterile surgeon console, two patient carts, an endoscope arm, and a suite of fully wristed instruments.
Sterile open surgeon console
The surgeon console is sterile which allows the surgeon quick bedside access and to switch between robotic and laparoscopic techniques when needed. The open console design maintains connection between the surgeon and the OR team enabling them to operate, mentor, and support efficiently, without breaking workflow.
Modular patient carts
Small, mobile carts integrate easily into any operating room—no structural modifications needed. DEXTER is easily maneuvered to maximize throughput.
Open architecture endoscope arm
The DEXTER endoscope arm is compatible with all endoscopes, including the latest 4K fluorescence imaging systems.
Mounted on a cart or directly to the operating table, it can easily be positioned anywhere around the patient.
Suite of fully wristed instruments
DEXTER single-use, fully wristed instruments give surgeons ultimate dexterity, precision, and control. At the console, surgeons can clutch on both hand and wrist movements to allow smooth, continuous control—even at extreme angles.
