The Atracsys spryTrack™ 180 and spryTrack™ 300 are optical tracking systems designed to enable innovative surgical navigation workflows.
Both devices deliver sub-millimetric accuracy and robust marker tracking capabilities supported by a full SDK for seamless integration into complex workflows.
The spryTrack™ 180
The spryTrack™ 180 is an ultra‑compact, wireless optical tracking system designed for surgical navigation in tight, mobile, and space‑constrained environments.
Optimized for tight environments such as table mounted and intra operative workflows, it enables flexible system configurations, while delivering 0.19 mm RMS accuracy at 1.4 m. Connectivity options include USB-C for data and power as well as Bluetooth, with an optional battery pack enabling fully cable free operation.
The system supports both passive and active markers and is delivered with an SDK providing access to raw images, 3D positions, pose data, and real time diagnostics, with support for up to 16 markers via USB or 4 via Bluetooth.
The spryTrack™ 300
The spryTrack™ 300 extends functionality by combining optical tracking with dense 3D reconstruction using structured light. Available in IR and RGB configurations, it achieves up to 0.14 mm RMS accuracy at 1.4 m. Acquisition modes include fiducial tracking at 54 Hz, 3D reconstruction, or alternating between both within the same workflow. This flexibility makes it suitable for advanced applications that combine high-precision tracking with 3D data acquisition, such as surface-based (flash) registration and image-based surgical navigation. Integration is streamlined via USB Type-C, and the SDK provides full access to tracking data, reconstruction outputs, and system diagnostics.
Both spryTrack™ systems support a wide range of passive and active marker solutions, including wired and wireless IR-LED markers. Pre-integrated marker geometries within the SDK eliminate manual configuration, enabling rapid deployment. The systems allow simultaneous tracking of multiple markers, supporting up to 16 markers when connected via USB and up to 4 markers during Bluetooth operation, with real-time diagnostics ensuring robust and reliable performance.
