High-performance optical tracking systems

fusionTrack™

Built for demanding robotic and computer assisted surgery.

fusionTrack™ Surgical Navigation

The fusionTrack™ 500 and fusionTrack™ 250 from Atracsys are advanced optical tracking systems engineered to meet the rigorous demands of surgical navigation and robotic-assisted procedures.

The fusionTrack™ 500

Designed for high demand surgical robotics and large working volumes, the fusionTrack™ 500 delivers ultra fast, low latency optical tracking for precision critical applications such as large field orthopedic robotics.

With a measurement rate of up to 335 Hz, accuracy reaching 0.08 mm RMS at 2 m, and an end to end latency of approximately 4 ms, it enables responsive, high precision 6DoF tracking even in dynamic robotic environments.

The system supports both passive and active markers, connects via Ethernet PoE+, and is delivered with a comprehensive SDK providing access to raw images, 3D data, marker poses, and real time diagnostics for seamless system integration.

The fusionTrack™ 250

Designed for high precision tracking in compact, close range workflows, the fusionTrack™ 250 is optimized for navigation and moderate motion robotic applications such as dental, cranial, and other small field procedures.

Delivering a measurement rate of 120 Hz, accuracy of 0.09 mm RMS up to 1.4 m, and an ultra low latency of approximately 4 ms, it provides reliable 6DoF tracking where space constraints and closer working volumes are critical.

Like the fusionTrack™ 500, it supports both passive and active markers and is delivered with a comprehensive SDK for seamless integration into surgical navigation and robotic systems.

The fusionTrack™systems support simultaneous tracking of passive and active markers, allowing for flexible configurations tailored to specific surgical applications. Atracsys’ proprietary marker portfolio, including Navex™ reflective discs, TindaxTM reflective spheres, forpiTM omnidirectional markers enhances usability and sterilization compatibility. Pre-integrated geometries in the SDK eliminate manual configuration, ensuring rapid deployment. With the ability to track up to 16 markers simultaneously and built-in multi-level error checking, the system delivers robust, reliable performance in demanding environments.
