Earlier this year, FISBA, a global leader in optical solutions, acquired Gray Optics, a North American precision optical systems developer, to enhance the engineering capabilities of its North American subsidiary. In a strategic move, FISBA will merge its Tucson, AZ, and Portland, ME locations to optimize performance and better serve North American clients.
Tucson’s production will transition to the new Portland, ME facilities (12,450 square feet) by year-end, with Gray Optics employees relocating in the first quarter 2024. This consolidation unifies FISBA North America’s expertise in engineering design, product development, precision optical assembly, metrology, and volume production capabilities.
