Biomerics Appoints Kristin Mason as CFO

Biomerics has announced the appointment of Kristin Mason as Chief Financial Officer.

Mason joins Biomerics following an extensive career leading finance organizations across complex global businesses. She succeeds the team of internal finance leaders who have collectively guided the finance function over the past several months.

Vantedge Medical Appoints Walter Morse as COO

Vantedge Medical has announced the appointment of Walter Morse as chief operating officer.

Morse brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across operations, engineering, and manufacturing in the medical device and consumer products industries. Most recently, he served as interim chief operations officer at Convatec, where he led global manufacturing operations and operational strategy. He began his career as a machinist at Gillette, building the hands-on manufacturing foundation that continues to shape his leadership approach.

Morse joins Vantedge Medical as the company continues to build on its foundation of precision manufacturing, quality, and long-term operational performance. As chief operating officer, Morse will oversee manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and operational excellence across Vantedge Medical.

Biomerics Appoints Arun Mohan as CEO

Biomerics has announced the appointment of Arun Mohan as Chief Executive Officer. Founder and current CEO Travis Sessions will transition into the role of Chairman of the Board, ensuring continuity in vision and strategy.

ThermoFab Appoints Evan Hagen as Business Development Manager

ThermoFab has announced the appointment of Evan Hagen as Business Development Manager. In this role, Mr. Hagen will drive new business development initiatives while supporting customers with timely, solution-oriented quotes—ensuring technical alignment from initial concept through full production.

Mr. Hagen brings over 10 years of engineering experience and 5 years in commercially oriented roles, combining extensive technical expertise with strong business acumen. Most recently, he served as Business Development Manager at Charter Medical, where he led commercial efforts across key strategic and growth accounts within the cell and gene therapy market. In this capacity, he managed cross-functional relationships with supply chain, engineering, and R&D teams to position high-performance single-use solutions.

His background also includes key roles in field application support, market research, and process engineering for bioprocess and medical applications. At Cook Regentec, he led cryogenic process engineering and was instrumental in launching a biologic product within a compressed 9-month timeline. Mr. Hagen has also contributed strategic insights to emerging startups through Purdue Foundry, supporting innovation commercialization efforts.

Mr. Hagen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship, both from Purdue University.

Mr. Goble is a founder and current President & CEO of Arterex, a diversified global contract development and manufacturing organization serving leading MedTech OEMs and innovators. With 13 facilities across five countries and four continents, Arterex is a major player in the medical technology manufacturing space. Prior to Arterex, Mr. Goble was a founder and served as President & CEO of Providien, LLC, a diversified manufacturer of medical devices and outsourced manufacturing services for the life sciences industry, which was acquired by Carlisle Companies in 2019. He also held executive leadership positions at Medegen, Inc., where he led the company through a successful acquisition to CareFusion in 2010.

The Producto Group Appoints Alyson Trust as Chief Financial Officer

The Producto Group has announced the appointment of Alyson Trust as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. In her role, Mrs. Trust will be responsible for The Producto Group’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to drive growth, optimize operations, and ensure long-term financial stability. Alyson brings over 20 years of extensive financial and operational leadership experience in both private and public sectors. She is known for optimizing financial operations, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic financial models that provide critical insights for executive decision-making.

Prior to joining The Producto Group, Alyson served as Vice President of Finance and Acting CFO at Duchateau, where she led treasury management, risk mitigation, and financial strategy across multiple subsidiaries. She implemented robust cash flow models, streamlined budgeting and forecasting processes, and executed cost-saving initiatives that enhanced profitability and operational efficiency. Previously, as Vice President of Finance and Controller at JBT Inc., she managed financial reporting, developed 10-year capital expenditure models, and restructured corporate debt to improve financial health. Her background also includes financial analysis and business strategy roles at Accenture, where she spearheaded operational improvements for major clients.

Alyson holds an MBA with a dual emphasis in Finance and International Business from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. She has also completed international studies in Hong Kong, Rio de Janeiro, and Dubai, adding a global perspective to her financial expertise.

Biomerics has announced the addition of Quadraflex® AREX to its medical-grade polyurethane material offerings.

This new Quadraflex® product broadens Biomerics’ wide range of materials with chemistries and durometers for solution processing, complex extrusions, medical balloons and injection molding processes. Quadraflex® AREX, an aromatic polyether thermoplastic polyurethane, was developed in a key range of hardnesses to address the need for a high-quality medical-grade polymer that is available in high volumes and has a short lead time, competitive pricing and excellent technical support. This new product is ISO 10993 and USP Class VI compliant and is free of animal-derived materials. The continued development of Biomerics’ engineering Materials Center of Excellence keeps them at the forefront of contract design and manufacturing excellence in the polyurethane space.

ThermoFab Mexicali Appoints Leoncio Estrella as General Manager

ThermoFab has announced the appointment of Leoncio (Leo) Estrella, General Manager of ThermoFab Mexicali, effective immediately. In his role, Mr. Estrella will oversee the facility’s overall operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, while ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. With over 20 years of experience in operations and engineering, he will drive continuous improvement with his expertise in Lean initiatives and Kaizen events, maintain high safety standards, and support the company’s goals of delivering exceptional products for our customers. His leadership and expertise will make him an invaluable asset to ThermoFab Mexicali.

Estrella most recently served as the VSM Fabrication Manager at EWS Legrand in Tijuana Mexico. In this role, he oversaw molding and stamping operations across 52 machines to supply assembly areas, managing 2,140 part numbers, 500 molds, and 210 dies. In addition, he led initiatives in quality, safety, cost reduction, and Lean improvements, achieving $1.2M in annual savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Previously, as Plant Manager at Pexco LLC, a plastics extrusion company for industrial and medical parts, Leo led a $70M operation, achieving 99.5% on-time delivery, 41% EBITDA growth, ISO 13485:2016 certification and zero workplace accidents.
