Cambridge Design Partnership Appoints Pari Gaikwad as Head of Digital

Cambridge Design Partnership (CDP) has appointed innovation and technology leader, Pari Gaikwad, as Head of Digital. With digital technologies promising to revolutionize patient care and improve millions of lives, this is a time of great opportunity for ambitious companies in the healthcare space. Pari will develop the digital strategies and practical implementation that will lead CDP’s clients into their digital future, maximizing the commercial opportunities from emerging digital services and technology.

Pari’s initial focus will be on clients in medical therapy, drug delivery and diagnostics. These are sectors at the frontier of digital innovation, where an effective digital strategy can unlock huge value for both patients and healthcare providers, from maximizing patient engagement to innovative service models and new ways of ensuring therapy reaches those in need.

Pari is a key hire as part of CDP’s technology strategy. His responsibilities include setting and implementing the digital vision, overseeing investments in people and facilities, and ultimately ensuring CDP’s clients harness the most transformational digital technologies to power their own growth. CDP is enjoying record growth, having placed digital technology and services at the heart of an enhanced offering, for clients in the healthcare, consumer and industrial sectors.

Pari brings a range of qualities that will ensure existing and new clients can build new, ‘digital first’ business models, while improving outcomes for patients, consumers, and industry. With more than two decades spent on the front line of strategy and innovation, Pari strengthens a strategic leadership team that has driven stellar growth over the last few years. His diverse experience includes the Consumer, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences industries. Most recently he was Head of Product Management at the pharma giant Sanofi, focusing on building digital health ecosystems for a variety of chronic and rare health conditions. Pari has also held leadership positions at companies including QinetiQ, GE, Philips, Medtronic, and Microchips Biotech. Pari has an MBA from University of New Orleans and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
