Access Optics announced the appointment of Matthew Gregoire as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
He brings over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience. Prior to joining AO, he served in ever increasingly responsible positions at Moog, Inc., Cooper Surgical and Olympus Medical Systems as well as other publicly traded medical device companies.
Gregoire earned his BS in Optical Engineering from University of Rochester and is named on several published patents which cover a diverse range of technological innovations. He holds a blackbelt in Six Sigma, and is a Shingo Prize recipient. He is dedicated to operational excellence and integrity in his commitment to Access Optics, its customers, and its employees.

In moving forward in his new capacity, Gregoire pledged to build on AO’s strengths, on delivering exceptional value to customers and continuing to be faithful to the company’s values and commitment to employee wellbeing and safety.
